The ‘Mélodie du printemps’ musical jewellery box is a charming place to keep little treasures, jewellery and secrets. When you turn the handle and open the lid, a delicately carved dancer appears, twirling in front of a decorative mirror to the tune of ‘Invitation to the Dance’ by Carl Maria von Weber. The velvet lining protects everything inside, and the beautiful illustrations give the whole jewellery box a magical springtime feel.

What might the dancer be feeling?” — this helps the child practise their vocabulary, sentence formation and imagination. The melody is also great for rhythm exercises: tap along to the beat together or repeat simple words in time with the music.
