Competition rules
1) Introductory provisions
The organizer of the competition is Patagonia s.r.o. with its registered office at Lesnická 6, Prague 5, ID: 61249921. The competition is intended for persons over 18 years of age with permanent residence in the Czech Republic who are capable of legal acts. The competition is organized on the organizer's website www.creamm.cz and www.kouzelnehrackarstvi.cz and on FB and Instagram, which are managed by Patagonia s.r.o.
Employees of Patagonia s.r.o. and persons close to them are excluded from participation in the competition. The organizer of the competition reserves the right to modify the rules during the competition, in particular the duration of the competition. All participating competitors undertake to comply with these rules by participating in the competition.
2) Participation in the competition
To participate in the competition (to be included in the final draw), the following conditions must be met:
fill out the competition form or take part in the competition on the Facebook or IG page Creammy.cz or Kouzelnehrackarstvi.cz
• when filling out the competition form, provide all required information truthfully, failure to fill in any information is a reason for not recognizing participation in the competition
• answer the competition question
• send the form with the answer
• each competitor can participate in the competition (answer the question) only once, duplicate answers will not be included in the draw.
3) Drawing of winners
The drawing of the competition winners will take place no later than the 15th day of the following month after its end. Each competitor can only win one prize.
The winners will be notified of the win by e-mail to the address they provided in the competition form, by message via FB or Instagram. If the winner cannot be contacted within 30 days of the draw, their prize will be forfeited without compensation.
The competition organizer reserves the right to make a final decision in any dispute based on its own assessment of the available information and sources. Prizes are not enforceable in court. The organizer is not responsible for technical problems associated with the delivery of responses. Only delivered responses are acceptable for processing.
4) Personal data protection
The competition organizer declares that it will use the provided personal data exclusively for the period necessary for the purpose stated in the consent to the processing of personal data and will not provide it to another entity or party.
Due to the legal regulation of the Personal Data Protection Act, a competitor meeting the conditions of the competition who has not given consent to the processing of personal data cannot be published and notified of a possible draw in the competition.
Other relationships not expressly regulated by these rules are governed by Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code.
After the competition, the names and surnames of the winners will be published on the web channels of Patagonia s.r.o., Creammy.cz, Kouzelné hračkářství.cz - FB, Instagram, website.
