How to return or exchange?

We understand that sometimes the goods do not fit as you would imagine - and that is completely fine.
Just fill out a simple form in the Retino application and we will take care of everything.
We only ask that the goods are returned in their original packaging and without damage. It is best to pack them in a box so that they reach us in good condition.

Important for promotional toys

If you are claiming toys from the DJeco or Moulin Roty brands, we will ask you to provide the production code in the forms:

For DJeco, you will find the BC code next to the EAN.

For Moulin Roty, the code is directly on the product.
