This blend combines fresh citrus notes with a subtle woody depth and helps to evoke a sense of security, relaxation and emotional stability.

The pack contains
• Patchouli essential oil (12 ml)
• Bergamot essential oil (12 ml)
• Petitgrain essential oil (12 ml)

Petitgrain is an essential oil obtained by steam distillation from the leaves and young twigs of the bitter orange tree. It is characterised by a fresh, slightly herbal citrus scent with a subtle woody undertone.

How to use

Diffuser – soothing blend
Add
to the diffuser •6 drops of bergamot
•1 drop of patchouli
•1 drop of petitgrain
The amount can be adjusted according to the size of the room and personal preference.

Calming room
spray Mix 20–30 drops of essential oils with 30 ml of alcohol and 5 ml of water.
Shake in a spray bottle and apply to the room as needed.
Can also be gently applied to the wrists when feeling tense (avoid sensitive skin).
